Concatenated SMS

Default

The first six bytes of the content of a concatenated message contain information on the parts of the message.

A typical concat header would look like this: 050003010201 for part one of the message and 050003010202, leaving 153 characters in the first part and 153 in the second part. This works only for messages encoded in GSM7 (dcs=0). The maximum payload of a message part is 140 bytes, which includes both the UDH and the message content.
